Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Origins
All orders are stocked in and dispatched directly from our United States warehouses (located in [Insert State, e.g., California/New Jersey]). This ensures that your electrical components and hardware arrive quickly and safely without long international wait times or customs delays.

2. Processing Time
  • Order Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Shipping is available but may incur additional fees and longer transit times.
  • PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Currently, we do not support delivery to PO Boxes or military addresses.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly via the carrier's website or through our Track Your Order page.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Taxes & Duties
Since your order is shipped from within the United States, you will not incur any import duties or customs fees. Applicable Sales Tax will be calculated at checkout based on your state's regulations.

7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier or our support team within 48 hours.
  • Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging our electrical products. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at 3grace757@gmail.com
