Return Policy

1. Return Period 
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process 
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at [3grace757@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific US warehouse address for the return.
Securely pack the item and include the RMA form inside the package

3. Shipping Costs 
  • Quality Issues/Wrong Items: If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, 3Grace will provide a pre-paid shipping label and cover all costs.
  • Customer Preferences: If you are returning an item due to "change of mind" or ordering the wrong model, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.Non-Returnable Items 
  • Items showing clear signs of installation or use (e.g., wired sockets, scratched plates).
  • Items damaged due to improper installation by the customer.
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

 5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at [3grace757@gmail.com]
